We provide technologies, websites, applications, products and/or services (individually and collectively referred to as our, “Services”) to organizations (our “Customer(s)”). Our Services are offered to and designed primarily for use by organizations such as schools and libraries. How we collect information and use information may differ based on our relationship with you as an individual. We are not responsible for privacy practices of our Customers which may differ from those set forth in this privacy statement.
Our Customer’s privacy statement/policy governs you if you are an end-user (parent/student, patron or affiliated person) of our Customer (your school, library, or employer) and you are using our Services through our Customer. In this case, you should direct any privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your data protection rights, to your school, library’s, or employer’s privacy policy administrator.

This privacy policy applies to your Personal Information we collect:

The information we collect automatically may include Personal Information. It helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Services. By using our Services you agree to this policy. We will update this privacy policy should we make changes to our Services and/or privacy practices that affect your privacy; thus, this policy may change from time to time. The date our privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the policy. If we make material changes to how we treat your Personal Information, we will require an acknowledgement and acceptance of our updated privacy policy.
Children Under the Age of 13
Surpass Software is committed to The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its rules. Persons under the age of 13 may only access Services via our Customers as their parents/students, patrons, or affiliated person and are subject to the respective Customer’s privacy practices and policies. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose any Personal Information from individuals under the age of 13 unless and until our Customer has provided authorization for such person to use our Services and for Personal Information to be collected.
You should contact us at help@SurpassSupport.com if you believe we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without proper consent. Upon notice we will delete such information as soon as possible.
